A number must be entered in some cells of the grid, and all numbers in a region must be the same.
In each region, there are exactly as many numbers as the number indicates (at least one). Identical numbers must not be orthogonally adjacent across regional boundaries.
The number cells must not cover an area larger than 2×2. All number cells must form a single orthogonally connected area.
