Color the gray cells of the grid black or white. Areas consisting of several blackened cells must be square.
Blackened squares must not be orthogonally adjacent (but diagonally). Cells with numbers must not be blackened. A number in a cell indicates the total area of all orthogonally adjacent black squares.
Square cells without a number must have at least one black cell adjacent to them. All white cells must form a single, orthogonally contiguous area.
