The grid must be divided into rectangles along the grid lines.
Each rectangle contains exactly one cell with one symbol. A rectangle with a "+" is square; a rectangle with a "|" is taller than it is wide; and a rectangle with a "-" is wider than it is tall.
A maximum of three rectangles may meet at one grid point.
