Colour the grey cells in the grid black or even white. A cell containing a number is always white.
The number indicates the number of black cells that are orthogonally adjacent to the cell containing the number.
In one region, exactly one number is incorrect; i.e. the number does not indicate how many black cells are orthogonally adjacent to the cell containing the number.
Black cells must not be orthogonally adjacent to each other. All white cells must form a single orthogonally connected area.
