Hakyuu

Hakyuu (Hakyukoka, Ripple Effect, Seismic) is a Japanese logic puzzle. Enter a number in each cell of the grid, where the distance between two equal numbers must be greater than the numbers indicate.

Rules: Each cell of the grid must contain a number. In each region of N cells, each number from the range 1-N must appear exactly once.
If two cells in a row or column contain the same number X, there must be at least X cells with different numbers between these two cells
